Rules and Regulations

  1. Admission:
    1. Names of applicants will be registered only after the completion and submission of the official registration form.
    2. Students who have previously attended another schoolmust submit a Transfer Certificate (TC) at the time of admission.
    3. Admission is granted strictly on the basis of admission tests, interviews, and other criteria determined by the school.
    4. The school reserves the right to admit only those students who are found fit and eligible as per school standards.
    5. In all matters related to admission, the decision of the school management is final.
  2. Attendance and Absence:
    1. A minimum of 80% attendance is compulsory for all students to be eligible to appear in the final examination.
    2. Leave will be granted only on the basis of a written application submitted by parents or guardians stating a valid reason.
    3. Absence with out prior permission or unexplained absence for more than six consecutive days may result in the student’s name being struck off the school rolls.
    4. Re-admission, if granted, will require the payment of a fresh admission fee, subject to the discretion of the Principal.
  3. General Conduct:
    1. Student's are expected to maintain discipline, respect and proper behaviour within the school premises.
    2. Politeness, good manners, and courteous interaction with peers, teachers, and staff are mandatory.
    3. Students must take proper care of school property and will be required to compensate for any damage caused deliberately or due to negligence.
    4. Bullying, harassment, or any form of physicalor verbal abuse is strictly prohibited.
  4. Uniform and Appearance:
    1. Students must wear the prescribed school uniform on all working days and during school events, unless otherwise permitted.
    2. The uniform must be clean, neat, and well-maintained.
    3. Wearing jewelry, makeup, or inappropriate accessories is not allowed inside the school campus.
  5. Academic Expectations:
    1. Students are required to participate actively in classwork, homework, projects, and assessments.
    2. Cheating or unfair means during examinations will lead to strict disciplinary action.
    3. Students must bring textbooks, notebooks, and required stationery every day.
  6. Discipline and Behaviour:
    1. Students should arrive at school on time and attend morning assembly regularly.
    2. Any violation of school rules may lead to warning, suspension, or other disciplinary action depending on the severity of the misconduct.
    3. Mobile phones or electronic gadget's are strictly prohibited, unless specifically permitted for academic purposes.
  7. Health and Safety:
    1. Students must immediately inform teachers or staff if they feel unwell or injured while in school.
    2. Running or rough play in corridors, staircases, or classrooms is not allowed.
    3. Fire drills and safety instructions must be followed strictly and seriously.
  8. Communication
    1. Parents are encouraged to stay updated through the school diary, notices, and parent-teacher meetings.
    2. Any change in address or phone number must be reported to the school office promptly.
